LEWISTON, Idaho – All games in the 54th Annual Avista-NAIA World Series have been canceled because of continuing rain in the area Wednesday. The forecast calls for more rain the rest of the day but clear skies Thursday.

Cumberland’s contest against 17th-ranked Point Loma Nazarene will take place at 1 p.m. CT Thursday. The Bulldogs will play at 9 p.m. CT on Thursday no matter whether they win or lose the first game. A victory over Point Loma would put CU into the championship game and a loss would send Cumberland to face a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
