LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University announced the 2015 Spring Dean’s List recently, which includes 100 student-athletes, athletic department personnel and athletic training majors. The honor is reserved for students who achieved a grade-point-average of 3.50 or above on all classes attempted during the spring semester.

LEBANON, Tenn. – One hundred and ten current and former Cumberland student-athletes, athletic trainers and athletic staff will receive their degrees this Saturday in the 173rd Commencement ceremonies on the lawn of Memorial Hall on the CU campus.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Junior Chris Stewart and senior Danielle Chaffin were named Mid-South Conference Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the league office during the conference championships this past weekend.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Jenn Fitzgibbons finished eighth in women’s singles and Anh Nguyen placed 28th in singles while the Cumberland men’s and women’s teams lost their first two matches in the team competition at the Mid-South Conference Bowling Championships this past weekend in Bowling Green, Ky.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University Director of Athletics Ron Pavan announced the hiring of Lynne Jordan as the school’s men’s and women’s bowling coach effective immediately. Jordan has spent the last four seasons as the boys and girls bowling coach at Lebanon High School.
