Jennings, Bradshaw lead bowlers in Danville

LEBANON, Tenn. – Freshmen Parker Jennings placed 10th and junior Jarred Bradshaw finished 23rd for Cumberland bowling over the weekend at the Green River Classic in Danville, Ky.

Jennings placed 10th with 972 pins over five games in the two-day event, averaging 194.4. Jennings was just less than 50 pins from the Top 5 from over 100 competitors, while coming in first place in the JV bracket.

Bradshaw finished 23rd with 910 pins while senior Peyton Bell placed 32nd, while recording 873 pins. Sophomore Matthew Charlton and freshmen Andrew Shattuck came in 37th and 39th while posting 860 and 853 pins for the Phoenix.

Freshmen Matthew Dominy came in 45th collecting 825 pins in his 5 games. Freshmen Taylor Fielder knocked down 804 pins to come in 49th place.

Freshman Grayson Hemontolor finished 53rd with 786 pins, while freshmen Alex Ayers was 59th with 742 pins, and junior Thomas Chenault placed 69th while recording 634 pins.

Cumberland competes again in the Louisville Collegiate Classic the weekend of October, 5th and 6th in Louisville, Ky.
