Barnett, men's 4x400 relay earn First Team All-MSC honors

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland’s Kalea Barnett and the men’s 4x400-meter relay team earned First Team All-Mid-South Conference honors and Jordan Hill and the women’s 4x400-meter relay were named Second Team All-MSC, as announced recently by the league office. All-Conference accolades were based solely on results from the conference championships.

Barnett won the shot put with a mark of 42-3 to earn First Team recognition while the men’s 4x400-meter relay team of Travon Wimley, Dante Bertrand, Martarious Brooks and Hill won the event as well.

Hill placed second in the 800-meters in 2:00.39 and the women’s 4x400-meter relay squad of Marcennia Milburn, Tamia Aldridge, Nyia Hall and Lisa Powell were also second.
