ST. CATHARINE, Ky. – Krystal Cammuse tossed a two-hit shutout in the opener and Tiffany Wickline and Brittany McKee combined for another shutout in the second game, as St. Catharine College completed a four-game sweep over Cumberland, 6-0 and 4-0, here Saturday at Salt River Electric Field.

CATHARINE, Ky. – Madison Gonzalez hit a three-run homer and Leah Newsome allowed one earned run in a complete game, but Carly Benz’s RBI single in the seventh won the opener and a two-run home run from Brandi Hood in the sixth was the game-winner in a doubleheader sweep for St. Catharine College here Thursday over Cumberland.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Vienna Benavides and Tessa Tomaselli each posted four hits but Cumberland stranded 13 baserunners and dropped a doubleheader, 9-4 and 4-0, Monday evening to Martin Methodist at East Campus in Pulaski, Tenn.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Eady Beth Connally posted six hits, four RBIs and three runs scored and Logan Barnes and Sydney Morris combined to allow two runs with 10 strikeouts in a pair of 7-1 University of Pikeville victories over Cumberland in softball action Friday at the CU Softball Field.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Tessa Tomaselli and Kassydi Montgomery each posted three hits and two RBIs and the duo combined for five runs scored in Cumberland’s 10-6 victory over the University of Pikeville on Thursday at Lebanon High School.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland has adjusted its four-game series against the University of Pikeville, moving the games to Thursday and Friday this week to try and overcome severe rain chances over the weekend.
