LEBANON, Tenn. – With Cumberland Athletics unofficially kicking off the 2016-17 academic year with tonight’s home football game, a little review for everyone and new information for first-timers about the live video, audio and stats links for CU sports teams.


CU hosting All-Sports Camp on Sept. 11

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University and the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Sports Council are teaming up for an 2nd Annual All Sports Camp for Wilson County residents ages 7-12 on Sunday, September 11 from 3-5 p.m. on the CU campus. Registration starts at 2 p.m. that day.


127 named to 2016 Spring Dean's List

LEBANON, Tenn. – One hundred and twenty-seven Cumberland student-athletes, department personnel and athletic training majors were named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2016 semester, as released this week by the University.


CU signs Carthage native Clere

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland softball coach Heather Stanfill announced the signing of Carthage, Tenn., native Sydney Clere to scholarship papers this week for the 2016-17 academic year.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland softball coach Heather Stanfill announced the signing of Manchester, Tenn., native Kinsey Wilder to scholarship papers this week for the 2016-17 academic year. Wilder becomes the 12th CU signee for next season.
