LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland senior Allison Blackwood was voted First Team Capital One Academic All-American as a designated player, as announced Monday by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Blackwood was a Second Team Academic All-American selection in 2012.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland softball player Allison Blackwood is the 2012-13 recipient of the Lindsey Donnell Award presented annually to a Bulldog student-athlete who excels in both academics and athletics. The award is given in honor of Lindsey Donnell, a former Bulldog football Little All-American and former professor at Cumberland University.
