COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Phoenix dominated the fourth set against the University of Northwestern Ohio, 25-10 to secure a 3-1 victory in the opening match of the day but dropped a tough 3-1 decision in the second game to Indiana University-Kokomo at the Lindsey Wilson Classic on Friday in Columbia, Ky.
LEBANON, Tenn. – The NAIA honored 10 Cumberland athletic squads this week as NAIA Scholar Teams for the 2016-17 academic year. Teams must obtain a 3.00 cumulative grade-point-average or higher for all eligible varsity student-athletes during the past academic year to garner the award.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University released the Dean’s List for Spring 2017 last week with 159 student-athletes and athletic training majors recognized. The honor is reserved for undergraduate students who achieved a grade-point-average of 3.50 or above on all classes attempted during the spring semester.
