Five volleyball players earn NAIA Scholar-Athlete accolades

Phoenix drop 3-2 decision in MSC Tourney

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Amanda Worrell recorded her 14th game with double-figure kills collecting 17 on the night while Sara Glassman had 26 assists and Kara Snell posted 21 digs in a hard-fought five set loss to Campbellsville University in the quarterfinals of the Mid-South Conference Championships.

Volleyball to face Campbellsville in MSC Tourney

LEBANON, Tenn. – The Cumberland volleyball team will face Campbellsville University in the quarterfinals of the Mid-South Conference Championships on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at South Warren High School in Bowling Green, Ky, announced Saturday by the league office.


CU sweeps Bears on senior night

LEBANON, Tenn. – Kara Snell posted 13 digs and Maci Lerno accounted for nine kills and ten digs to lead Cumberland to a sweep over the Univ. of Pikeville during senior night on Friday at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center. Amanda Worrell recorded 10 kills in the mid-south conference match-up and Rachel Clement tallied 18 assists to close out CU’s regular season schedule.


Worrell posts season-high in 3-2 loss

LEBANON, Tenn. – Amanda Worrell posted a season-high 20 kills in Cumberland’s five set loss to the Univ. of the Cumberlands at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center on Thursday night. Maci Lerno recorded her 14th double-double of the season with 11 kills and 16 digs in the mid-south conference match-up.
