LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland lost its first match of the day but rebounded with four- and five-set wins to end the Cumberland Classic, defeating Ohio Christian and Fisk University, respectively, on Saturday at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Senior Rylee Butler posted 12 kills and freshman Amanda Worrell added nine in a four-set victory over Freed-Hardeman, but Cumberland was unable to keep to momentum, dropping a 3-1 decision to Ohio Valley University later on Friday on the first day of the Cumberland Classic at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Michelle Evans posted 10 kills and Ashton Perez recorded 33 assists and nine digs, but Cumberland hit just .013 over the final three sets, dropping a 3-1 decision at Trevecca Nazarene on Wednesday night in Nashville.

LEBANON, Tenn. – Abby Shaw led four players in double-digits with 18 kills and setter Ashton Perez handed out 52 assists, as Cumberland outlasted the University of the South in five sets in the third-place match Saturday at the Sewanee Invitational in Sewanee, Tenn. The Bulldogs lost their first match of the day to Oglethorpe University.
