Holland inks with CU volleyball

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University volleyball coach Kathy Slaughter announced the signing of Franklin, Tenn., native Holland Mooney to scholarship papers this week for the 2018-19 academic year, the first signee for next season for the Phoenix.
Holland is a four-year letterwinner for coach Tatiana Alvarez-Cianell at Battle Ground Academy, earning Second Team All-District honors as a sophomore before missing her junior season because of injury. She is also a two-year letterwinner in softball for the Wildcats.
She is the daughter of Danny Mooney and Tiffany Mooney.
