Lebanon's Anderson inks with CU golf

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland golf coach Rich Williams announced the signing of Lebanon native Maggie Anderson to scholarship papers this week for the 2018-19 academic year. Anderson is the first Phoenix signee for next season.

CU hosting All-Sports Camp on Sept. 10

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University and the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Sports Council are teaming up for the 3rd Annual All Sports Camp for Wilson County residents ages 7-14 on Sunday, September 10 from 3-5 p.m. on the CU campus. Registration starts at 2 p.m. that day.


Ten squads earn NAIA Scholar Team accolades

LEBANON, Tenn. – The NAIA honored 10 Cumberland athletic squads this week as NAIA Scholar Teams for the 2016-17 academic year. Teams must obtain a 3.00 cumulative grade-point-average or higher for all eligible varsity student-athletes during the past academic year to garner the award.
