LEBANON, Tenn. – Freshman Taylor Nay scored a goal and assisted on another in a 3-0 Cumberland victory over Georgetown College in women’s soccer action Saturday at Lindsey Donnell Stadium-Kirk Field.

The Bulldogs (11-2, 5-1 Mid-South) posted their fourth straight win while dominating possession in the match and outshooting the visiting Tigers, 25-6. But Georgetown (7-4-0, 5-3-0) keeper Kelsey Givens made eight saves, keeping CU off the board until late in the first half when Nay scored on a free kick in the 42nd minute.

Simone Quinn posted in a goal in the 78th minute on an assist from Nay, another free kick, and Rhianne Parsons added a goal for the Bulldogs in the final minute on an assist by Kelsey Langille.

Lindsay Kitson recorded four saves in net for Cumberland, registering her sixth shutout of the season.
