Ten women's soccer players earn MSC Scholar-Athlete honors

LEBANON, Tenn. – Ten Cumberland University women’s soccer players were named Mid-South Conference Scholar-Athletes on Wednesday, as announced by the league office heading into the semifinals of the conference tournament in Campbellsville, Ky.

Sophomores Christi Armstrong, Olivia Chu, Maddie Barbier, Kiley Sanson and Dayle Weslosky as well as junior Taylor Nay and seniors Lindsay Kitson, Reneé LaRose, Beth Morgan and Kaitlin Phillips were all honored. Students-athletes must be a sophomore, junior or senior academically and maintain a 3.25 grade-point-average and above to be eligible for the award.
