Five women's tennis players named Academic All-MSC

LEBANON, Tenn. – Five Cumberland women’s tennis players – Joana Bou, Ana María Collazos, Morgan Harmon, Marianela Landi and Stefanie Navaratnam – were named Academic All-Mid-South Conference, as announced by the league office in advance of this weekend’s conference championships in Bowling Green, Ky.

Student-athletes must be a sophomore, junior or senior academically and maintain a 3.25 grade-point-average to be eligible for the award.

Navaratnam holds a 4.00 grade-point-average in Exercise and Sports Science while Bou posts a 3.90 in Mathematics and Collazos carries a 3.70 in Business Administration. Landi has a 3.68, also in Mathematics, and Harmon posts a 3.37 in Psychology.

A total of 40 student-athletes from the seven Mid-South Conference institutions who play tennis were honored.
