Ten squads earn NAIA Scholar Team accolades
LEBANON, Tenn. – The NAIA honored 10 Cumberland athletic squads this week as NAIA Scholar Teams for the 2016-17 academic year. Teams must obtain a 3.00 cumulative grade-point-average or higher for all eligible varsity student-athletes during the past academic year to garner the award.
Softball inks pair of transfers
LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland softball coach Heather Stanfill announced the signings of Tawnee Hegre and Morgan Arndt, both transfers from Antelope Valley College in California, to scholarship papers this week for the 2017-18 academic year.
