Weather cancels baseball games

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland has canceled Wednesday’s baseball game against Georgia Gwinnett due to a state of emergency issued in the Atlanta area this evening because of impending snow, sleet and ice expected on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs were also scheduled to play Marygrove College this weekend in a three-game series, but the Mustangs will not be making the trip from Detroit, Mich., to Lebanon. Head coach Woody Hunt and his staff are searching for games this weekend and any contests would likely be played Saturday and Sunday.
