Spring 2021 Fan Attendance and Ticketing
The Cumberland Athletic Department is excited to play all sports this spring. Our goal is to provide a safe opportunity for the Cumberland University family to cheer on the Phoenix. To help keep our campus safe for our students to enjoy, we have adjusted our attendance guidelines and seating for all of our athletic facilities this spring.
Cumberland University will only allow home and visiting fans at football games. All other sports will not allow visiting team fans at all and home fans will be pass list only provided by the student-athletes. Each student-athlete will be given an allotted number of tickets depending on the venue, but at basketball and baseball games the individuals on the list will have to purchase a ticket at the gate.
Screening & Personal Protective Equipment
All fans attending games on campus will be screened prior to their entrance into the facilities. Screening locations will be at the entrance of each facility. The screening will consist of a temperature check and a COVID-19 questionnaire.
In accordance with Cumberland University campus policy, those in attendance for athletic events on campus will be expected to wear a mask, or appropriate face covering, throughout the venues at all times.
This year we are introducing an online ticketing program through HomeTown Ticketing that will allow fans to purchase tickets prior to their arrival to campus. This also helps eliminate any unnecessary hand-to-hand contact with money, tickets, etc. Those tickets will be available for redemption or purchase at https://www.gocumberlandathletics.com/tickets/ during the respective window prior to each home football game.
Spectators will be expected to maintain six feet apart to comply with county, state, and CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and large gatherings.
At this time we will have no concessions available at Cumberland men's and women's basketball games, softball, soccer, or baseball games. Concessions will be available at home football games.
To keep our student body safe, fans are encouraged to not interact with athletes at the conclusion of an event. This is done to help protect our entire Cumberland Community from parents to our staff, coaches, and student-athletes.
Streaming & Live Stats
Most of our athletic events will be available to watch via stream if you are unable to come to campus for an event. All streams will be provided for free in 2020-21.
The Cumberland Sports Network is available online at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/cu/#.
Live stats of Cumberland events will be available through www.cumberlandstats.com
