LEBANON, Tenn. – Junior Peyton Bell, sophomore Jarred Bradshaw and senior Johnathon Davis all knocked down more than 1,000 pins, leading the Cumberland bowlers over the weekend at the Brunswick Southern Classic in Marietta, Ga.

Bell racked up 1,109 pins in six games, placing 47th overall, while Bradshaw posted 1,089 for 50th-place and Davis knocked down 1,063 pins, good for 64th overall.

Freshman Matthew Charlton was 94th with 980 pins in six games and sophomore Thomas Chenault placed 132nd in 770 pins.

Freshman Caitlyn Gann, senior Kelsey Wezel and freshman finished 65th, 68th and 70th, respectively, with 883, 851 and 840 pins in six games. Freshman Hattie Isham was 103rd with 537 while freshman Kristina Walls collected 417 pins.

Senior Hannah Ellsworth posted 362 and freshman Kerra Casteel recorded 228 pins.

Cumberland bowls again next week at the Green River Classic in Danville, Ky.
