Men's Cross Country signs Beech's Luke Freeman

LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland cross country coach Jim Seckel announced the signing of Goodletsville, Tenn. native Luke Freeman to scholarship papers this week for the 2020-21 academic year.

Freeman attends Beech High School in Hendersonville, Tenn and was selected to First Team All-County in 2019 and Second Team All-County in 2018. He currently holds the 7th fastest 5K time in Beech High School history and intends to pursue a business degree at CU.

Freeman has family ties to Cumberland, his uncle Joshua Harris played basketball and his aunt Alison Holland Harris was a women's tennis player here as well.
