LEBANON, Tenn.-- The Mid-South Conference announced its 2021 softball All-MSC teams and individual honors on Wednesday with six Phoenix making the list.
GEORGETOWN, Ky.-- Cumberland Softball (16-23, 12-19 MSC) fell 4-3 to Georgetown (23-18, 14-15 MSC) in extra innings in game three of the Mid-South Conference Opening Round. The Phoenix fell 2-1 in the series overall after forcing a third game in an exciting 7-0 shutout victory.
GEORGETOWN, Ky.-- After two games, the MSC Opening round series between Cumberland Softball and Georgetown College is tied up 1-1. Cumberland lost the first game 2-1 but took game two in an offensive explosion 7-0.

LEBANON, Tenn.-- Cumberland Softball (15-21, 11-17 MSC) sweeps the Martin Methodist RedHawks (9-27, 7-23 MSC) in a doubleheader for the second time this season. The Phoenix took game one 4-1 and won the second game in comeback fashion 6-5 in Coach Heather Stanfill's last home games with Cumberland.
LEBANON, Tenn.-- Cumberland Softball (13-21, 9-17 MSC) split the second doubleheader of the series against Bethel University (24-14, 18-14 MSC). The Phoenix got the bats going in the first game, winning 8-3, and fell in the second game 10-4.
LEBANON, Tenn.-- Cumberland Softball (12-20, 8-16 MSC) split the first doubleheader of the series against Bethel University (23-13, 17-13 MSC). The Phoenix won the first game 7-2 before falling 9-1 to the Wildcats in game two by way of run-rule.
LEBANON, Tenn.-- Cumberland Softball earns two wins at home against Martin Methodist on Tuesday. The Phoenix won the first game 4-3 before pouring on the runs in a run-rule shortened 8-0 victory over the RedHawks.
ATHENS, Tenn.-- Cumberland Softball (9-19, 5-15 MSC) sweeps a non-conference doubleheader on the road against Tennessee Wesleyan (21-11, 17-7 AAC). Cumberland pulled out a 5-3 win in the first game and a 14-6 offensive explosion win in game two.
