Eight clubs earn NAIA Scholar Team award

LEBANON, Tenn. – Eight Cumberland athletic teams posted team grade-point-averages of 3.00 or higher for the 2011-12 academic year, earning NAIA Scholar Team honors, as announced this week by the national office. Teams must record a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution to be eligible for the award.
