LEBANON, Tenn.-- Cumberland women's volleyball coach Hannah Vadakin announced the signing of Sydnee Tidwell to scholarship papers for the 2022-23 academic year.

The Murfreesboro, Tenn., native is undecided on her academic major at Cumberland, but upon graduation, she plans to travel and then start her career.

Tidwell comes to CU after a successful prep career at Riverdale High School where she was named an All-District Honorable Mention. She joins Cumberland WVB with hopes to slot in as a defensive specialist or a libero over her career with the Phoenix.

Sydnee is the daughter of Kelly and Jonathan Tidwell.
