CU falls in tourney to No. 1 Union
CU ends their season with a loss on the road to Union University by a score of 106-78. CU was led by freshman Alison West, who had 18 points and 11 rebounds. Renae Williams had 16; Chaquaila Gaten had 15; and Ashley Matthews finished the game with 10 points. CU finishes at 14-18 on the season, but the Lady Bulldogs return several underclassmen who got significant minutes and will be relied on next year to get the program back to the national tournament for a fifth time.
