Phoenix Women's Bowling Finishes 10th at the Orange & Black Classic

LEBANON, Tenn.--Cumberland took 10th place in the Orange and Black Classic hosted by Pikeville with a total of 6,428 pins.

Gracie Connelly finished the highest for the Phoenix in 33rd with 829 pins in five games with a scoring average of 165.8. Alyssa Campbell took 69th place knocking down 653 pins in four games for an average of 163.25. Madison Taylor came in 74th with 645 pins in four games.

Kelci Young took 83rd with 594 in four games. Carlie Semrau posted a 182, 144, and 179 in three games finishing 96th. Hatti Isham was 106th, Clara Simms was 133rd, and Elli Coleman took 134th.

The University of Pikeville came in first place, collectively knocking down 7,238 pins in total. Notre Dame College finished in second place with 7,079 and University of Northwestern Ohio took third with 6,961 pins.

Cumberland will be back on the lanes on October 22-23 at the Mid-South Conference Cincinnati Classic.
