LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University’s Andy Shoultz was one of 23 wrestlers named 2012 Daktronics National Scholar-Athletes, as announced over the weekend by the national office. Student-athletes must be a junior or senior academically and maintain a 3.50 grade-point-average to be eligible for the award.

Shoultz, a fifth-year senior from Petersburg, Ind., earned the honor for the third straight year and is the 18th NAIA Scholar-Athlete for the Bulldog wrestling program since 2004. He carries a 3.68 GPA in Biology.
