CU Wrestling signs Tennessee State Champ

LEBANON, Tenn. -- Mt. Juliet High Class of 2022 state wrestling champion Anthony Pyron signed scholarship papers Thursday, April 21 to continue his academic and athletic career at Cumberland University. 

Back in March, Pyron wrapped up a 39-0 season by winning the TSSAA Division 2A state title at 170 pounds. Anthony is flanked by his parents Robbie and Laura Jane Pyron. Standing, from left: Mt.
