127 named to 2016 Spring Dean's List
LEBANON, Tenn. – One hundred and twenty-seven Cumberland student-athletes, department personnel and athletic training majors were named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2016 semester, as released this week by the University.
Soccer, baseball kick off summer camps at CU
LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland and baseball hosted summer camps this week, with almost 200 kids combined between the two events taking part in drills and games at Ernest L. Stockton Field-Woody Hunt Stadium for baseball and Lindsey Donnell Stadium-Kirk Field for soccer.
Soccer hosting pair of summer camps
LEBANON, Tenn. – Cumberland University soccer coaches Rory O’Connor and Adam Grant will offer a pair of camps for boys and girls this summer at Lindsey Donnell Stadium-Kirk Field, with both camps taking place June 6-10 for ages 8-12 and 13-18.

The honor is reserved for students who achieved a grade-point-average of 3.50 or above on all classes attempted during the fall semester.

Ten CU squads receive NAIA Scholar-Team Award
LEBANON, Tenn. – Ten Cumberland University squads received the NAIA Scholar-Team Award recognition this week, as announced by the national office. Teams must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution to be eligible for the award, with all eligible varsity student-athletes factored into the team GPA.
